Why do some people just “click” while others clash? Invesco's T.E.A.M. Dynamics program tackles this age-old issue.

Since qualified plan financial representatives are involved on a regular basis with TPAs, Record Keepers, Registered Investments Advisors, plan sponsors, company officers, and plan participants, it’s particularly important for them to understand their own – and others’ – core personality type, as well as how others perceive them.

This interactive presentation will help attendees do just that. It will guide them through small changes they can make to enhance their sales efforts and build stronger relationships with clients and prospects. Participants will leave the T.E.A.M. Dynamics presentation with the ability to more effectively determine a prospect's personality and customize their sales approach accordingly in order to achieve greater success.

Brett Van Bortel, Director of Consulting Services with Invesco Van Kampen Consulting, develops and delivers programs that help financial professionals overcome challenges and improve their business. Mr. Van Bortel delivers presentations to thousands of financial professionals every year, and personally coaches 50 per year. He is the author of four books on client acquisition and retention, and has a column in Private Wealth Magazine.
